I began my training at Indiana University, studying pre-medicine and management through the Hutton Honors College and Kelley School of Business.

I completed medical school at Jagiellonian University Medical College in Poland, then returned to the United States for residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Penn State Health. Training across European and American academic systems gave me a broad clinical foundation and exposure to different approaches to cardiovascular disease, diagnosis, and prevention.

Early in my career, I developed a focused interest in advanced cardiac imaging and cardiac CT. That work shaped how I think about cardiovascular prevention, particularly the opportunity to identify disease and risk before symptoms or major events occur.

A recurring pattern throughout my clinical career was patients with few or no symptoms who nevertheless had meaningful, previously undetected cardiovascular disease. Too often, it became apparent only after something happened.

HeartspanMD exists to close that gap. My approach brings together preventive cardiology, cardiometabolic health, and longevity medicine to understand what is actually driving cardiovascular risk, identify disease earlier when possible, and develop a clear, personalized strategy to improve long-term cardiovascular health and healthspan.
